Warranty and Returns
Most products include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you need to return a product, please call or email us for an RMA # and let us know the reason for the return.
RMA #'s are issued within 30 days of sale. Products must be returned in their original packaging. A restocking fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund. Full refund is given for in-store credit. Freight charges are not refundable.
Our software return policy is consistent with the manufacturer's license agreement.
In no instance shall BaxTek Solutions be held liable for damages arising from the use of its products in excess of actual replacement cost of BaxTek Solution' products.
If a new product you ordered is non-functional when it arrives, please state this as the reason for return when requesting your RMA number. Full refunds are only given to non-functional products. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
